Okay…I am a little late on this. You can negotiate your IMCPL library fines - no kidding. I don’t know why they let it happen, but I know they do. They’re librarians, give them a good story!. Pick a young guy, wear your cool glasses, bat your eyes, and voila! you are $70 richer than you would have been.
